Martin Mannion has over 30 years professional maritime experience and is a Chartered Engineer & Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and Practising Member of The Academy of Experts.

Martin provides technical and commercial management of and innovative solutions for port & maritime projects, master planning, port optimisation, due diligence, feasibility, design, expert witness work, and reviews for port facilities. Martin has been retained as an Expert Witness (in both the UK and the Caribbean) on a number of port construction disputes, including design and construction of marine structures, dredging and quantum.
