Dear All, ย ย The Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) is pleased to invite you toย a webinar on theย SCMAย Rules 4th Edition. ย The 4th edition ofย SCMAย Arbitration Rules has been launched and will apply to all arbitrations commencing on and after 1 January 2022. In this webinar, the changes to theย SCMAย Arbitration Rules will be introduced. This will be followed by a discussion on the usability and applicability of the Rules.
