It is a matter at the very core of the commercial capability and employment of the vessel, riding roughshod over Speed and Consumption warrants in existing Charterparties and forever changing the landscape vessel operators work in. We can predict that some or many of these unprepared parties will seek remedy through Arbitration or Litigation.”
